Combine equal amounts of softened margarine and cream cheese with onions and/or chives. Place mixture in a small serving dish. This spread is wonderful with warm bread or rolls.
*Great to use at a brunch or luncheon in place of butter or margarine. The Black Swan is a restaurant located in Cocoa Beach, Florida and was a favorite of mine and mom’s for lunch.
