Tom and Mary Snodgrass’ Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Cream cheese
Small roll Garlic Cheese
1 clove garlic
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup shredded smoked salmon

Mix with hands and form into large ball or several smaller balls. Serve with stone ground and/or wheat crackers.

Tom Snodgrass is Mama Babe’s first cousin. His father, Henry Snodgrass, and Mama Babe’s mother, Linnie Snodgrass Black, were siblings. Tom and Mary live on a farm near Knoxville, Tennessee in the foothills of the Great Smokey Mountains.
